We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our White Rose Holiday Park team, on an as required basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for various tasks assisting in the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar.
Duties
Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Clear tables and maintain a clean and organised dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
Work as a team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
Coordinate with event planners to meet guest requirements.
Provide support during special events and promotions.
Requirements
Experience in a customer service or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
