We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our team!

Here at Kingpins Bowl we are seeking individuals with a passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience. Duties include serving classic drinks - including cocktails, and promoting gaming to our customers. You will answer questions, prepare beverages, serve food and be an approachable host throughout the venue.

We expect you to handle basic cleaning tasks, maintain a tidy and safe environment, greet customers to ascertain their preferences, and produce an incredible customer service experience for every customer.

Our ideal candidate has a friendly and positive personality, is presentable and punctual. Full training will be provided, however a little knowledge behind the bar and especially within a customer service sector is fully desirable.

Weekly pay.

Weekends and evenings are essential and non negotiable.

THE ROLE

Ensuring that your area/work section is set to a high standard of cleanliness at all times. Ensure that you are offering the highest level of customer service at all times. Ensure you are presentable, keeping to the uniform standards set by the company. Report any issues to the Management team.

The business hours - we are open 7 days a week, 364 days a year. Rota's are completed on a weekly basis.

This role is weekly paid, along with being PAYE.
