What You'll Be Doing
Be the heartbeat of the welcome - the first smile and the last goodbye, making sure guests feel at home from the second they step through the door.
Run the flow - manage bookings, walk-ins, and wait times with confidence. Keep things smooth and upbeat, no matter how busy it gets.
Keep the house party vibe alive - upsell packages, shout about karaoke, recommend our favourites, and make sure every guest feels like they're at the best party in town.
Stay sharp - know the menu, specials, and allergen procedures, so you're always ready to answer questions or guide guests.
Be in sync - work with the management and reservations team to handle enquiries, large parties, and date nights, making sure every guest gets timely communication.
Look after the space - from the host stand to the lighting and menus, keep the venue looking and feeling top tier.
