What You'll Be Doing

Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers and visitors. Be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Offer refreshments and maintain a comfortable and inviting showroom environment. Support customers during their visit by answering basic queries and directing them to the right colleague. Assist with administrative and reception duties to keep the showroom running smoothly. Uphold Sandicliffe's reputation for outstanding customer care at all times.

What We're Looking For

A natural people person with a friendly and approachable manner. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of customers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A professional approach with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences. Flexibility to provide additional holiday cover for team members when required (not guaranteed).
