What We Offer

As a

Host at Din Tai Fung UK

, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that their dining experience starts with a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Welcome and seat guests

, setting a friendly tone and guiding them through our menu.

Coordinate bookings and walk-ins through our CRM system

, arranging seating and supporting special requests alongside our team. Assist with guest payments and respond to inquiries while upholding our health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Help maintain an organised venue, ensuring it's set up for smooth service with light lifting and rearranging as needed.

Who You Are

We're looking for a

Host

who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Ideally, you will have:

Experience in a front-of-house, host or receptionist role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.

A friendly and outgoing personality

with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences. The ability to stay calm, composed, and

adaptable under pressure,

while maintaining efficient service and ensuring smooth operations in a busy and high-energy setting.

A keen interest in building a career in hospitality

, with a strong passion for learning and developing your skills.

Flexible availability to work full time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

, with shifts that may run as late 11:30PM.
