ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Host, your main role will be to:

provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests ensure that all guests are met and seated at the lounge in a timely and efficient manner ensure the Host desk is set for service everyday process accurate billing for guests provide guests with full information of the offering in Roux at The Landau take accurate reservations

ABOUT YOU

warm, confident and welcoming personality excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with our guests ability to manage and prioritise ability to multi-task and assist on the floor when necessary have working knowledge of Micros/Open Table carry out administrative tasks when the need arises
