ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Host, your key focus will be to:
provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests
manage the flow of the room, waiting list and the turn of the tables
have an excellent guest recognition for our hotel residents and external regular guests
demonstrate an excellent food and drinks menu knowledge
support the team with any other duties including and not excluding, running food, serving drinks, helping with guest enquirers and liaising with other departments.
ABOUT YOU
warm and welcoming personality
previous experience in a similar 5 environment flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
excellent attention to detail
excellent knowledge of classic cocktails
clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
