A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOST TEAM MEMBER AT OUR RESTAURANT
What you'll be doing...

• ? Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• ? Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• ? Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• ? Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
• ? Organize seating plan on Open Table before Service
• ? Answer the phone with confidence.
• ? Communicate guest's notes and info to managers, chef, servers during service
• ? Liaise with the Sales & Events manager for special information, requests, and bookings
• ? Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival, using guest name if known and recognizing any regular guests
• ? Update Supervisors & Managers on table status - Return Times
• ? Run Open Table System

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• ? A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• ? Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• ? Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• ? A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• ? Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
• ? Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
