Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently. Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand. Assist guests with special requests or needs. Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times. Support team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience.' Engage with influence on social media and execute client relationship management. Excellent brand management representation.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a host or host preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of reservation systems is a must. Passion for hospitality and customer service. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.' Fluent in English, multilingual preferred.
