What will you be doing?

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in making guests feel at home, and embodies our core values, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality at Our Core:

Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk in. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and flow.

Do the Right Thing:

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Ensure the front-of-house is always tidy and inviting, reflecting our commitment to doing things the right way.

Pursue Excellence:

Maintain an organized and efficient front-of-house operation. Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.

We Are All Entrepreneurs:

Take initiative to enhance the guest experience, whether by suggesting special seating arrangements, managing waitlists creatively, or identifying opportunities to improve our hosting process. Contribute ideas and feedback to help us continually elevate our service standards.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
