Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Host to join our unique team at our Flagship Piccadilly store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:

Maintain a high customer focus and convey this attitude to all team members Ensure that all standards of service are met First impression of restaurant and last warming goodbye, creating positive and fun experience for customers. Reservation bookkeeper, ensuring organized and accurate records of customers. Strive for customer satisfaction by meeting all personal and special requests of guests.
