AG Hotels is seeking a receptionist to join our front office team at The Crown Hotel, London. We are looking for a receptionist who exudes passion for customer service and embodies the spirit of hospitality in everything they do. Come be our front desk maestro, orchestrating unforgettable moments and leaving an indelible impression on our valued guests!
Job Responsibilities
1. Greet guests as they arrive, ensuring smooth check in and check out
2. Manage room reservations and ensure that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date
3. Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure
4. Respond to guest inquiries and requests for assistance in person and over phone
5. Report any health and safety issues/ maintenance issues to the relevant department
6. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
Pre-Requisites
1. Should have a background in Front office Hospitality
2. Should be willing to multitask
3. Passion for the Hotel industry
4. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software (Preferably Rezlynx)
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
6. Professional appearance and demeanor
The candidate should be flexible for working weekend shifts.
