Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for making guests visits memorable.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements. Provide information about the menu and specials to guests. Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Take food and drink orders / deliver orders if and when required to support the floor staff during busy times.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant. Strong communication skills with the ability to help and engage with guests effectively. A friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
