Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior interior crew with all aspects of daily yacht operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest and crew areas.
Learn and support basic food and beverage service, including table setting, serving non-alcoholic beverages, and clearing.
Assist with laundry duties, including care for delicate garments and pressing.
Support inventory management and stock rotation for interior supplies.
Participate in provisioning, stowing, and organising supplies throughout the yacht.
Learn and strictly adhere to yacht safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Maintain a pristine appearance of all interior spaces, including polishing, vacuuming, and detailing.
Demonstrate a proactive, 'can-do' attitude, consistently eager to learn, assist where needed, and absorb new skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
A strong, demonstrable work ethic and consistently positive attitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining immaculate standards.
Reliable, responsible, and highly trainable, with the ability to take direction effectively.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in any customer service or hospitality role (e.g., cafe, restaurant, hotel, retail).
Basic understanding of service etiquette.
Willingness to learn about fine wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
Additional language proficiency.
