We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and professional Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating Guests:

Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, check their reservations, and seat them promptly at available tables. Ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Reservation Management:

Manage the reservation system, confirming bookings, making adjustments as needed, and accommodating walk-in guests with minimal wait times.

Customer Service:

Answer any questions about the menu, specials, and the restaurant's offerings with knowledge and enthusiasm. Provide assistance as needed and maintain a positive and pleasant attitude throughout the shift.

Communication:

Maintain communication with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth transitions between guests' arrival and seating. Relay information about any special requests, allergies, or seating preferences.

Handling Waitlists:

Manage the waitlist effectively and provide accurate wait time estimates. Ensure guests are informed and comfortable while waiting for their table.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Ensure the front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area, is always clean and organized.

Uphold Restaurant Standards:

Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and ambiance of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality experience for all customers.

Upselling and Promotions:

Occasionally, assist with upselling menu items or informing guests about restaurant promotions, special events, or upcoming menu changes.

Team Collaboration:

Work in partnership with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
