Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role:

Assisting with food preparation / probing food for temperature / completing due diligence paperwork Dishing up food and drinks on the ward to patients Replacing / refilling of water jugs Assist with collection and washing up of cutlery, crockery and trays Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and ready for the next shift Ordering stock and filling up Report broken equipment to supervisor

Requirements:

Food Hygiene Certificate at National Level 1 - preferred but not essential as training will be given Experience in catering role Good customer service skills Use of tablet is desirable, but training will be provided Teamwork skills Good time management skills Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Ability to follow policy and procedures
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Experience:

Catering: 1 year (preferred) Hospital Ward: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferred)
