Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional Dining & Late night experience. Your hospitality skills will be essential in managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements and ensuring tables are properly maintained and making sure the customer experience is second to none.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organised waiting list during busy periods. Communicate effectively with the management and serving staff to ensure smooth service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or late night experience is highly desirable. Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services. Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff alike. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in serving is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided. A friendly demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role. Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
