We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Host to become a vital part of our successful team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As the face of our renowned restaurant, you will be instrumental in providing a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and inspirational demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Efficiently manage the seating arrangements to maximise guest comfort and restaurant flow. Handle reservations and manage booking schedules with precision and attention to detail. Liaise with restaurant the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and address guest needs promptly. Maintain the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, contributing to the overall guest experience.

What you Need:

A keen willingness to work collaboratively with our dedicated team. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction. A meticulous approach to managing reservations and seating arrangements. A positive and energetic attitude that enhances the guest experience. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential; a passion for hospitality is a must.
