ArrosQD is the result of chef Quique Dacosta's lifelong passion for paella and wood-fired cooking. Our concept evolves around rice, wood and fire, and our aim is to bring the best of Mediterranean cuisine to the heart of London.



We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality lover who wants to take the lead in a

welcoming, supportive and genuinly service-minded Host Team

. Ideally, you will already have experience working in a similar restaurant environment as a host/hostess and keen to start a new challenge managing and coordinating our Host Team.

The Job

The successful candidate will be someone with a passion for exceptional guest service, ideally with background experience in similar roles and in hospitality.



The key to this role is to welcome our guests and manage the flow of walk-ins and bookings, and make our guest's experience memorable starting with a warm and friendly welcome!


The host/hostess will also be responsible for effectively manage the reservations and bookings system in the restaurant, maximizing restaurant capacity and supporting the team of waiters and managers to ensure all guests receive an excellent service.


The Head host/Hostess will be collaborating with all management levels within ArrosQD team.
