Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and walk-ins, keeping the floor plan balanced Communicate guest needs and preferences to the floor and management team Maintain a calm and friendly presence during busy service times Support the team by keeping the entrance and host stand tidy and guest-ready
