We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and adaptable host/hostess to join our vibrant venue. Reporting in to the AGM and GM, this role combines responsibilities across multiple areas front-of-house, including the restaurant, cinema reception, and retail sales. Host/Front Desk Duties



Being the first point of contact at the venue Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists or bookings for dining or games Be the first point of contact for any booking taken over the phone Seating guests Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently when required Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner Handle guest queries and complaints professionally. Coordinate with restaurant and cinema staff to ensure smooth customer flow. Assist in crowd control and flow during peak periods or special events. Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers'; concerns are addressed

Requirements



Previous experience as host or wait staff desirable Ability to work in a fast pace, customer focused, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills Has a "can-do" attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evening and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.41 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
