for ambitious individuals to join our interior crew as a

Junior Yacht Hospitality Hostess (Trainee)

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior interior crew with all aspects of daily yacht operations. Learn and support food & beverage service, table setting, and guest assistance. Participate in laundry, inventory, and provisioning duties. Maintain pristine presentation of all interior spaces. Adhere to strict safety protocols. Show a proactive, "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude. High attention to detail and immaculate standards. Reliable, trainable, and able to take direction. Excellent communication skills. Discretion and respect for privacy. Interest in luxury hospitality and a yachting career. Adaptability to a live-aboard environment and irregular hours.

Preferred

Customer service/hospitality experience. Understanding of service etiquette. Interest in fine wines, spirits, and cocktails. Additional language skills.

Compensation & Benefits
