Host/Hostess (Maternity Cover)

to join us for a fixed term contract at

Jean Georges

at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel - The Connaught.

Responsibilities:





As Host/Hostess, you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing bookings and greeting and seating guests in a warm friendly manner. You must proudly represent Jean-Georges at The Connaught and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone.


Skills and experience:





You must be motivated and highly organised and preferably have previous experience within a similar role. You should be a strong communicator, be able to work well within a large team and have a special passion for hospitality and luxury service. Excellent personal presentation is essential and basic computer knowledge is preferable.
