Host

In light of our exciting new spa expansion, we are now looking for a part-time Host to join our lovely team at the Norfolk Mead, Coltishall, Norwich. The position will be permanent and based on 3 weekends and 1 Thursday/Friday with one weekend off a month. Ideal applicant will have Beauty Therapy training to assist with booking knowledge, but this is not essential as full training will be given. Candidate should have a great interest for the industry and be able to work efficiently with self-motivation, alongside a happy, outgoing and friendly personality. They should be able to use their own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a team. Candidate will be required to undertake reception duties including welcoming guests, creating and amending bookings, dealing with enquiries, assisting with lockers and general cleanliness of the spa as well as supporting the front of house staff when busy. Strong computer skills are required with previous reception experience preferred.

Due to the location of the business own transport is essential. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. If you feel you would be an asset to our team, we would love to hear from you.
