Location: The Norfolk Mead Hotel, Coltishall, Norwich

Permanent Role | Set Days Each Week (Including One Weekend Day)

We are looking for a warm, motivated, and professional individual to join our friendly team as a

Host

at The Norfolk Mead.

This is a

permanent, full-time position

with regular, set working days, including

one weekend day each week

. The role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in the spa, hospitality, or beauty industry and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

About the Role

As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our spa guests. You'll play a key role in ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable from the moment they arrive. Duties will include:

Welcoming and checking in guests Creating and managing bookings via phone, email, and in person Maximising treatment space and offering upgrades Assisting the Spa Managers where requested in admin tasks Opening and Closing of the Spa Maintaining a clean and tidy spa environment Supporting Front of House operations during busy periods

What We're Looking For

A friendly, approachable, and professional manner Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative Team player with excellent communication skills Strong English and Computer Literacy and organisational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred Beauty Therapy training or knowledge of treatments is desirable but

not essential

(full training will be provided)

Level 2 & 3 Beauty therapy qualifications preferred but not essential Full-time position, based on a 27-36 hour working week 17 - 22.5 days Holiday per annum Further training courses available to broaden CV Two year's experience preferred although not essential as full training will be given Uniform provided 4 weekend days off per month On-site parking Bi-annual staff days 2 Free Spa sessions per Annum for yourself and a friend 50% Staff Discount 25% Friends & Family Discount Brand new state-of-the-art spa facilities
