Role and ResponsibilitiesLead the overall cloud solution with respect to architecture, HLD and LLD, lifecycle, capacity, and financial management in the areas of virtualization, identity, and backups/disaster recovery in both private and public cloud. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Hosting and Application Services to ensure decision making is informed by an overall impact assessment on costs, risks, quality, and capability. Management of our managed service provider to ensure they deliver high quality and effective services, conduct audits and periodic tests and act as an L3 escalation. Leading the technical design and implementation of projects to deliver capabilities to the business through IT infrastructure to the global user base. Delivering key validation documentation required to meet GxP system qualification and managing the existing architectural documentation. Adhere to governance processes to ensure designs are clear, reviewed and aligned with the Mundipharma standards. Continually reviewing the infrastructure landscape to identify technical debt and lead the implementation of new capabilities that will enhance the service IT gives to the business. Identification and delivery of lifecycle events for the Mundipharma IT landscape to ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable, and supportable Management of the managed service provider to ensure operational tasks are completed Act as an L3 escalation point for incidents and requests Maintenance of Windows, Linux, SQL Server and Oracle Database Oversee infrastructure designs to meet the requirements of IT and business projects Maintain and create new documentation for build qualification to meet GxP standards Attending, reviewing, and presenting in governance forums to ensure designs are aligned to Contribute to Continual Service improvement to identify new technologies or lifecycle end of life infrastructure to deliver new capabilities and maintain a secure and supportable environment

What you'll bringWindows Server Administrator Related Certification Azure Administrator Associate Experience o 3-5 years' experience leading the implementation of infrastructure solutions Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and VMWare environments Experience of using AI services within Azure or the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver AI solutions to the business Proficient with Windows Server, experience with Linux is preferential Experience with incident management and working with offshore support teams Experience of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernete Ability to lead a project from conception to delivery
