Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Waiter to join our front-of-house team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality and is looking for a consistent part-time role in a high-quality setting.

This position requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays evenings. We guarantee 10 to 15 hours per week.

Will also consider candidates with no experience but a genuine passion for hospitality and great people skills.

Base Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour plus TRONC depending on experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu guidance when needed. Deliver food and beverages to tables with professionalism and care. Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and properly set. Process payments and assist with end-of-shift procedures. Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and politely. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a waiter, host, or front-of-house team member is a plus but not essential. Confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service times. Willingness to learn and support team members where needed. Must be available to work Friday and Saturday shifts consistently.
