Platinum Hot Tubs Services is looking for a practical, motivated individual to join our team as a Hot Tub Valeter. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining hot tubs for residential customers across Essex and Hertfordshire.

This role offers a clear development path toward becoming a Hot Tub Engineer, with in-house and formal training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Deep clean and service hot tubs to a high standard Assist engineers with servicing, repairs, and installations Drive to customer locations in a company vehicle (for work use only) Learn hot tub plumbing, electrics, and water chemistry Keep accurate records of completed jobs Provide friendly, professional service to customers.

Requirements

Must be 25 or over for company vehicle insurance purposes

Full Clean UK driving (required)

Hands-on, can-do attitude Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Previous experience in hot tubs or maintenance related role (beneficial but not essential) Willingness to learn Good communication and time management skills Polite, professional, and well-presented
