Admin & Marketing Assistant
to support the day-to-day running of the business and help us grow our presence online and locally.
We're a small team, so this is a hands-on role for someone who's not afraid to get stuck in, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help get things done.
Key Responsibilities
Answer guest enquiries (email, phone, OTA portals)
Check and manage bookings across our systems
Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, and basic stock orders
Keep Google Business, website, and online listings updated
Assist with promotional materials (flyers, Canva graphics, newsletters)
Support basic social media posting (content will be guided)
Send out info packs and quotes to event or group booking leads
Assist owner with general admin, scheduling, and task follow-ups
We're Looking For
Strong admin and communication skills
Confident using computers, email, and online platforms
Experience with Canva, Google Business, booking platforms (a plus)
Reliable, organised, and can work independently
Hospitality, office, events, or small business admin background preferred
Able to bring their own ideas
to help improve and grow the business
Local area knowledge is a plus
