Seaton House, the forthcoming 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced Hotel Administrator. As Hotel Administrator, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.

No two days will be the same as you will be closely supporting the hotel leadership team with our employee journey. It will include managing our team member records, supporting with onboarding, reporting on brand and training compliance and helping to drive employee engagement. By collaborating with our department heads, you will also support our team with any queries and concerns effectively,
You will already have experience working within a administration role - excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are key attributes of a successful candidate. Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
