The Accommodation Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of lodging facilities, providing exceptional guest experiences while overseeing staff and resources. Duties

Oversee daily operations of the accommodation facility, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and welcoming for guests. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and services that enhance the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a safe environment for both guests and staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests. Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry is essential for leading a team effectively. Previous hotel experience is preferred to understand the nuances of accommodation management. Strong background in human resources to manage staff recruitment, training, and development. Excellent guest services skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. A solid understanding of hospitality principles to maintain high service standards. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.

Pay: 24,420.00-51,229.30 per year
