Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supervisor to support us in the daily operations of our B&B, bar and restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, with a background in food preparation and culinary experience. This role requires supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and production.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages and food items in accordance with company standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Train new staff on procedures, menu items, and customer service expectations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service during busy periods. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Handle customer inquiries professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation and cooking. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Barista experience is an advantage but not essential. Pay: 13.21 per hour
