We're looking for an all rounded Duty Manager to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
You will need to be an effective communicator, a hands on and approachable leadership style and a passion for delivering a first class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and be able to implement and support company standards.
What you'll need.
Previous experience in quality hospitality establishment
Previous supervisor or management experience
A background in either restaurant or banqueting beneficial
Excellent communications skills
A strong motivator
Positive attitude and extremely customer focused
