Key Responsibilities -



Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Monitor and manage cash flow, including accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Manage and oversee self-accounting functions, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standards.

Full P&L ownership for each hotel in the portfolio.

End to end payroll for all hotel employees.

Month end and year end accounting - no detail missed.

Key Requirements -



Proven experience as a Financial Controller in the hotel industry is essential.

In-depth knowledge of hotel financial operations, including self - accounting and budgeting.

Strong experience with hotel management software and accounting systems.

Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills.

Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong experience in hotel self-accounting

Confidence working with hotel systems like Opera, Fourth Payroll, Sage Line 50 and Sales and Catering tools.

A proactive, commercially minded attitude - your more than just the numbers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
