Your Role

The Financial Controller is a key member of our senior team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's financial function. You'll be instrumental in supporting our growth by providing clear financial insights, overseeing everything from budgeting to compliance. Your main duties will include:

Preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements. Leading the creation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis. Managing financial reporting to track performance against targets and KPIs. Identifying opportunities for cost control and profitability improvement. Overseeing payroll preparation and Food and Beverage stock management. Ensuring financial policies and regulatory obligations are met. Managing and mentoring the Accounts Office Manager and Finance Assistant. Delivering financial insights and recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making.
This is not an exhaustive list. Your role will grow and adapt alongside the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

We're in search of a motivated professional who brings a strong background in financial management to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have:

Substantial experience in senior finance roles, preferably within hospitality or a similar fast-paced industry. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret trends and data to drive strategic decisions. A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of leading successful finance teams. Thorough knowledge of budgeting, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
