Night Shift Hotel Receptionist - Greater London (Ilford )

We are expanding our portfolio of hotels across Greater London, primarily in the Ilford area. Our current and upcoming properties include:

3 hotels in Ilford 6 apartment hotels in Ilford and Stratford 2 additional hotels under construction, Early 2026 in Ilford

Position: Night Shift Hotel ReceptionistRequirements:

Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality sector Proficiency in MS Office and hotel booking systems Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage complex or demanding guest situations Professional, enthusiastic, and willing to take on added responsibilities Excellent written and spoken English

Main Duties:

Welcome and greet hotel guests Support apartment hotel guests over the phone Send self-check-in instructions to apartment guests Manage guest check-ins and check-outs Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any issues promptly Handle payments and financial transactions Process reservations (walk-ins, online, and phone bookings) Assist head office with reservation queries Answer internal and external calls professionally Update and manage room availability and rates Upsell rooms and services where possible Draft and distribute emails, memos, and letters Maintain and update office policies and procedures Maintain contact lists

Eligibility:

Must have the right to work in the UK Flexible availability, including occasional extra hours

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
