Front of House Cleaner

Are you a meticulous and reliable individual with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a dedicated Front of House Cleaner to join our team and ensure our public spaces, including our popular Spa and Gym, are kept to an exceptional standard of cleanliness.

About the Role

As a Front of House Cleaner, you'll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of all public areas within our establishment. You'll follow the high standards and methods set by our Head Housekeeper, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive on time and in full uniform, ready to contribute to our team. Adhere strictly to all health and safety, hygiene, conduct, fire, and security regulations. Safeguard all assigned keys throughout your shift, ensuring they are always on your person and signed back in at the end of each day. Utilise all cleaning equipment and products efficiently and economically, following manufacturer's instructions and our established cleaning schedules. Manage linen responsibly, using it economically and correctly identifying and returning any stained or damaged items. Promptly report and log all lost property found in public areas with the housekeeper, providing details of its location, time found, and by whom. Empty corridor bins as needed to maintain cleanliness. Keep all service areas, equipment, Hoovers, and buckets clean and well-maintained. Actively contribute to energy conservation by turning down radiators and switching off lights when not required. Be willing to assist with other reasonable duties as requested by your Head of Department or the Duty Manager.
