Experienced Guest Service Manager required for a busy 120 bedroom hotel
We need a Manager who excels in customer service has Front Office and Food and Beverage Supervisory experience and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy
We are a multi-skilled environment so will train the right candidate in all areas of the hotel - teamwork is what it is all about here - Reception, Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping - every area you need to supervise staff and ensure the guests are happy
Shifts are usually 7am until 3pm and 3pm until 11pm any 5 days per week - includes weekends and bank holidays. Extra hours might be available to cover holidays or busy periods
Must have a working knowledge of Food Safety, COSHH, HACCP, Liquor Licensing and Front Desk Procedures
Been a Supervisor for at least 3 years in a Hospitality environment and ready for the next move? Think you are ready to rise to the challenge in a fast-paced environment?
