Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care practices is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
