Overview

We are recruiting dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Previous experience in the hotel industry or janitorial services is highly desirable, as you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linen, towels, and replenish amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organised supply cart and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Uphold the hotel's standards of service by adhering to established cleaning protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered valuable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
