What we're looking for

We are looking for trusted, hard working Kitchen Porters to join our energetic and friendly kitchen team. Are you looking for your next step in catering and leisure? Do you want to work at a high-profile attraction where you can build a career?

What we need from you!

Kitchen Porters will assist with the smooth running of the kitchens by cleaning all kitchenware to the required standard and carrying out any cleaning duties. You will also support with basic food preparation assist with service.

Part time positions available - flexible to work around you!. Weekend work is required, more shifts available on a seasonal basis. Breakfast shifts are 07:00-11:30, with dinner shifts circa 17:00-22:00. Also opportunities to work frequent weddings and events.

Main Duties of the Role

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

- Manage dishwashing and waste disposal.

- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
