Set in a spectacular location on the shores of Loch Leven, the Isles of Glencoe Hotel is a place where guests come to explore, relax, and soak up incredible views. Our team knows the area inside out - from mountain trails to hidden lochs - and they love sharing that knowledge with our guests.

About the role

We're looking for a

Hotel Manager

with strong

Food Beverage experience

to lead the team and drive the success of this unique property.



You'll be a self-starter with the vision to combine commercial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll lead, motivate, and engage your managers and teams, creating a coaching culture that brings out the best in everyone.



This is a full time (45 hours per week), permanent position working 5 days from 7.



Your responsibilities will include:


Overall leadership and operational management of the hotel. Driving revenue growth and profitability across all departments, with a particular focus on FB. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT, People, and more). Ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

What we need from you

Significant experience in a

General Management role

within hospitality. A strong

FB background

- you understand what makes a great dining experience and how to deliver it. Commercially astute with excellent financial management skills. A natural leader with outstanding interpersonal skills - able to inspire and motivate teams. Experience in rural or destination settings and an understanding of leisure and group markets. Knowledge of Scottish tourism trends and the wider social and economic environment.
