As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of guest services, and ensuring the smooth running of all hotel functions.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest services.
Oversee daily operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special offers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by fostering a positive work environment for staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
