Hotel Night Porter & Receptionist
Job Description
At The Hatfield Hotel Lowestoft, we are looking for a Night Porter/Receptionist 9pm to 7am.
The successful applicants will assist with the smooth running of the business whilst providing the best guest experience possible, undertaking routine cleaning, security checks and following brand standards.
Customers are at the centre of everything we do so you must have a positive "can do" attitude and be able to work off your own initiative as a lot of the shift will be lone working. We ask that all staff be hands on and flexible and have a strong desire to please Customers.
Experience in a busy Hotel/Restaurant/Bar environment preferred and experience with Guestline would be an advantage.
We are a popular seaside destination with an extensive offering from Breakfast, Light bites, Carvery, Afternoon Teas, Weddings, Functions and popular Themed Nights to name a few.
Shift patterns are to be confirmed depending on the needs of the business and the successful applicant.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
