who can do the same! Join our small, supportive team and be the friendly face that makes every guest feel at home.

Shifts:

Evening:

3:00pm - 10:00pm

Night:

10:00pm - 8:00am
(2-3 shifts per week, rota may vary - we're flexible on days)

What you'll do:

Welcome guests warmly and professionally Handle bookings and payments on our system Help guests and suppliers with any questions or issues Keep the reception and lobby tidy and welcoming Use Word, Excel, and Outlook for messages and records

Who we're looking for:

Previous customer service experience (hotel experience is a plus) Good communication and IT skills Able to work 20-30 hours per week, including nights Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and a team player
