Job Description

The Bluebell hotel in the heart of Neath town centre. We are looking for a night Porter to assist in all aspects of Front of House operations during night shifts.

Must have previous experience Good customer service skills Good telephone manner Be well presented Trustworthy and honest Have the ability to use their own initiative

Duties



This is a varied role which includes:

The security of the building - completing regular security & fire checks Cleaning - ensuring all guest areas are clean & well presented at all times Conference set ups Running and closing of the bar Preparation of the breakfast buffet Assisting with any late check ins or early check outs Making reservations - either by walk in or email End of day banking & night audit Cash handling and any other duties.
Shifts begin at 11pm and end at 7am. Shifts include weekends and bank holidays.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to cover sickness/holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22.50 per week
