Your Role: Reception Team Member - Guest Experience Specialist



As a key member of our Reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable and seamless stay. Your role is central to ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities



Guest Welcome and Departure


Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest upon arrival. Ensure smooth check-in procedures, including restaurant, spa, and event bookings. At departure, provide a courteous and thoughtful farewell that reflects the quality of their experience.

Front Desk Operations


Manage incoming enquiries and bookings across multiple channels--including OTA platforms, email, phone, and web--ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a consistently high standard of service.

Guest Engagement and Support


Serve as the central point of contact during the guest's stay, offering knowledgeable guidance on hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests. Proactively support guests with dietary needs, leisure club access, and celebration arrangements.

Interdepartmental Coordination


Liaise effectively with the Restaurant, Kitchen, Events, and Spa teams to ensure guest expectations are exceeded with precision and flair. Support the delivery of timely, well-presented food, drink, and event experiences.

Presentation and Ambience


Maintain immaculate front-of-house areas, from the external Piazza to the Reception Foyer, ensuring a welcoming and polished environment at all times.

Billing and Transactions


Process guest payments and billing with accuracy and professionalism, demonstrating confidence with financial procedures and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For



A passion for hospitality with at least 6 months' experience in a fast-paced Hotel reception. A naturally friendly demeanour and superb communication skills. Strong time-management in busy environments - you thrive under pressure. Eagerness to learn new skills. A collaborative spirit who loves teamwork and continuous improvement.
