Reception Manager

Part-Time (Up to 30 Hours)

Are you a customer-focused hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service? Brig O' Doon House Hotel, a prestigious venue within the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our small front-of-house team.

Brig O' Doon House Hotel is an iconic hotel and luxury wedding and events venue in the heart of Ayrshire. With 15 beautifully appointed bedrooms and an exclusive bridal property for pre-wedding stays, we offer an unforgettable experience for our guests. We are in the process of renovating our restaurant and private dining space which will be launching this Spring!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Coordinate with other departments team to ensure smooth guest experiences. Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally. Ensure front-of-house procedures run smoothly, including payment processing, reporting and daily banking. Maintain high standards of presentation and hospitality in all guest interactions.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in reception or other customer service role. A strong customer service ethos with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, wedding-focused environment. Familiarity with hotel booking systems (training provided if required).
