We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information.
Assist with phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
