Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Receptionist to work with us on a full or part time basis in our Antrim Road based hotel.

The successful candidate must have a confident, friendly personality when dealing with guests. They will be responsible for operating the reception area in an organised and welcoming style. Being able to anticipate our guest's needs, multi-tasking and efficiency are three of the most important qualities our hotel reception team members should have.

Essential Criteria:



1 years' experience in a similar environment 1 years experience using hotel and/or restaurant booking systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in busy customer facing environment. Excellent IT skills. Flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business. Excellent time keeping.
Candidates should only apply if they have good availability over a 7 day week including weekends and evenings as well as mornings and evenings. Shifts are typically either 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm.

Desirable Criteria:



1-2 years' experience in hotel reception or restaurant bookings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour
